Find your height in the left column. The green range shows your ideal weight. If you are in yellow, you may need to gain weight. Orange or red means you should consider lifestyle changes or consult a healthcare provider.

Remember: These ranges apply to adults 18-65. Athletes, pregnant women, and elderly individuals may need different assessments.
